THE CORE VINYASA

The Core Vinyasa is a dynamic, prop-supported yoga flow designed to activate and strengthen the deep core. Blending breath, movement and vinyasa yoga, this class will incorporate Pilates balls, rings, and/or blocks to strengthen and challenge balance. You'll twist, stabilize and flow through core-centered postures that build heat, improve posture and support spinal alignment. This practice strengthens the abdominals, obliques, back and pelvic floor while developing functional control and full-body awareness.
