ONE. WHAT THE WORKS IS TO ME?

The Works is a constant rock in my life. No matter what I am going through and what’s changing around me (or about me…) it's a space and community where I can refocus and reground so I feel good to explore those changes. It is a creative outlet through movement where we get to play and get out of our minds and back into our bodies so that we can free up space for new ideas and have courage to go after what we feel pulled to.

It could be Tyler the Creator, it could be Tom Petty, or Haim, or Tame Impala, or Taylor Swift. No rules!!!!! One minute we could be listening to a song from the 70's and the next I'll play something that came out last week.

THREE. WHEN I’M NOT SWEATING I’M…

Working on really incredible projects with the creative team at Urban Electric, hanging out with my husband, our dog, and friends; traveling, baking, drawing, reading, swimming!!! I feel really lucky to live in downtown Charleston so when I am not at the studio I'm exploring this amazing city and getting to know the people in our community doing interesting things.
