ONE. WHAT THE WORKS IS TO ME?

The Works is where I found my people. It's the place where I feel my strongest not just physically, but mentally too. It's where I come to celebrate the wins, cheer on the people around me, and challenge myself. But it's also the place I turn to on the days when I need a little extra encouragement. No matter how I walk through the doors, I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and like a better version of myself.

TWO. WHAT'S IN MY HEADPHONES?

A little bit of everything,  but you can almost always count on Usher, Luke Combs, Beyoncé, Noah Kahan, I love to add a little Motown! If it has great energy or tells a great story, I'm probably listening to it.

THREE. WHEN I’M, NOT SWEATING I’M…

Coaching high school lacrosse, attempting to make progress on my collection of needlepoint projects, spending time on the boat, spending time with family and friends, and taking advantage of everything Charleston has to offer.

FOUR. COME TO ME FOR…

Building a team first mentality. Having played sports my entire life including collegiate lacrosse, I learned that some of the greatest growth happens when you're surrounded by people who challenge you, support you, and believe in you. That's the environment I strive to create in every class. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, I want you to feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that we're capable of so much more when we do hard things together!
